Is a hydraulic pallet truck really worth the investment for a small business or is it overkill?

Been going back and forth on this for a couple of months now and I figured I'd just ask here because I'm getting nowhere on my own. We have a small import business and our team manually moves pallets around our storage area every single day which has honestly become a real problem. Two of our guys have complained about back pain and I noticed productivity has been slipping because moving stock just takes way longer than it should when you're doing it by hand. I started looking into proper equipment and kept landing on the same conclusion that a hydraulic hand pallet trolley is probably the most practical starting point for an operation our size because it doesn't require any electricity, it's relatively affordable compared to full electric stackers, and it can handle the kind of loads we deal with on a daily basis without needing major infrastructure changes. I came across crateco while browsing local options in the UAE and they had a section dedicated to trolleys and hydraulic equipment which helped me understand the different specifications a bit better because I genuinely had no idea what fork length or lifting capacity I should be targeting for our specific floor setup. What I'm still unsure about is how much the quality difference between a budget unit and a mid range one actually shows up in real day to day use and whether spending more upfront saves you from dealing with maintenance issues down the line. I've read a few things online saying the pump mechanism is where cheap ones tend to fail first but I don't know how much of that is just people justifying expensive purchases.
